Course structure
The course is designed to be relevant to your work environment and can be immediately applied in the workplace. All training materials are in simple format and are suitable for any trainee.
Certificate III in Tourism (wholesale) and Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales) are nationally recognised certificates.
The Certificate III in Tourism (wholesale) consists of 19 units made up of 15 core (compulsory) units and a minimum of nine elective units.
The Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales) consists of 22 units made up of 16 core (compulsory) units and a minimum of 6 elective unit.
The elective units are chosen from a wide range of tourism fields# to suit the development requirements of your trainee and your business needs.
Upon successful completion of the traineeship you will be issued one of the following certificates by William Angliss Institute:
- Certificate III in Tourism (Retail Travel Sales) or
- Certificate III in Tourism (wholesale)
Upon successful completion of joint industry/William Angliss Institute delivered subjects, you will be issued with the following certificates by our training partners:
IATA Certificate - Billing Settlement Plan
CRS Certificate - Amadeus* or,
CRS Certificate - Galileo* or,
CRS Certificate - Sabre*
Qantas Certificate - Standard Fares
Qantas Certificate - Promotional Fare
* One computer Reservation System is completed depending on the system used within the trainees workplace.
